Shit happens at times during live shows that can’t be avoided. During the Dawn Chorus set, we just couldn’t get a clean performance of their video song, Oh Please. The first time through, Dudek forgot the lyrics; the second time they played the song, the drum fills were sloppy.

After the show was over we decided to keep the first take — the instrumental performance was perfect –and just have Andrew come into HQ to overdub his vocals.

And you’d never know the difference.
